Opus Bank at 73700 Gorgonio Drive, Twentynine Palms, California.

I've banked with this bank for a few years and I used to absolutely enjoy banking with them. Recently not so much. I have 2 accounts with Opus and I unfortunately list one accounts debit card. I called the bank to request a replacement and the girl on the phone seemed to not really know what she was doing nor was she very polite. The next day I went into the bank to get some cash and thank goodness I did. While pulling money out the girl informed me she accidentally canceled the wrong accounts debit card so she now has ordered me new cards for both... I never received a call informing me of this. It's been longer than 7 days and I still do not have a new debit card. I'm very unhappy with the level of service I have received. Mistakes do happen but this truly has made me no longer feel confident with Opus bank in 29 Palms. I would not recommend this bank with their current staff.
